Closed campuses, cancelled internships, classes moved online. COVID-19 has disrupted virtually every facet of journalism education.

Bring your questions, frustrations, and aspirations for a lively digital exchange. We'll organize small group discussions around the questions that matter to you.

With conversations from the practical to the philosophic, you'll connect with other student reporters, journalism educators, media professionals, and other allies to imagine and invent journalism education for current and upcoming generations of media makers.

Your Hosts:

Dr. Michelle Ferrier, Peggy Holman, Zoë Jackson, Zinhle Ngema, Max Resnik, Ben Roberts, Lori Shontz

Organized by

Journalism That Matters supports and equips the adventurers who transform relationships between communities and journalism for a strong, inclusive democracy. We believe journalism matters most when it is of, by, and for the people.
